Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging. Ensure all tags are attached and the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping location. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or ship your new pair within 3-5 business days.
